Can I return a product if I change my mind?
For online purchases, you will generally have 14 days from receiving your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Sealed cosmetic products supplied for hygiene reasons may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation once their seal has been broken.
